Venus Vs. Mars (Episode 2)
• Sunday, July.29.07 •

I don't know if it's true,
Maybe these things are written in the stars.
As a creature of Mars I find myself puzzled at times,
I know a few "Mars-ians" that are completely lost
When trying to capture the heart of a "Venus" Woman.

In this episode I give you... A Link!!!
This link holds within it many ideas,
Philosophies that have been "Studied" for ages,
Concepts that have been Tested (?) and Approved (?)
(Some tricks of the trade if you will)

In all seriousness
(You all know how much I love to add "Ness" to a word)
I was looking for something like this for a while.
A collection of pointers on how to "Score points" with women.

I hope this will help some of the good ones.
Women, it's your job to figure out who the good ones are,
I assure you that there are quite a few out there...

  The Link

    Good Luck!

Becks in Business (Posh)
• Wednesday, July.25.07 •

If I were to take a guess,
With the question being:
"Who's decision was it to move to L.A?"
I would say about 96.8% Victoria (AKA - Posh)

I must apologize for a mistake I made in the "David" post,
Victoria is not an Ex-"Spice Girl",
Oops... They're Back!!!

The Spice Girls The Becks

I will give credit where credit is due,
The Spice Girls are one of the most successful bands in U.K. history.
    Fact!
They say that timing is everything...
I'm not sure who "They" are,
But this reunion couldn't have been timed any better.

What I am sure of is that we will see a lot of "Posh"
And her infamous "Pout".
(Which is nothing new and no surprise)
But what could be interesting is her career choices,
I expect Hollywood will be calling soon
If they haven't called already.
(Or a T.V network perhaps)

  What will it be?
    When will it happen?
      How much?
        Who cares?
          (Maybe everybody, Maybe...)

Becks in Business (David)
• Monday, July.23.07 •

They say that Los Angeles is the City of angels,
I've heard that the "Angels" are considered lost souls,
Coming out to California, trying to become a star.
Well, Now it's David Beckham's turn.
(Plus 1 Ex-"Spice Girl" wife and three kids)

David Beckham The Beckhams

Unlike most California Dreamers,
I don't think that rent is going to be much of a problem.
But the task at hand is not an easy one,
The P.R machine is working very hard,
Trying to turn Soccer into an actual sport in the U.S.

If you are from the United States
And you don't know much about the game,
Please lower your expectations of greatness,
Soccer is not Basketball or Baseball,
And most of what Beckham does won't appear on a stat sheet.
(And I mean that in the most respectful way)

With that said, There is no 'I' in team,
And if he doesn't have any "Mates" on his squad
He won't be able to shine,
Well... At least not on the soccer field.

Virtually Dating?
• Friday, July.13.07 •

In this day and age of Virtual Insanity,
I wonder if how many people have actually met online.
How many couples virtually began their relationship...
  In the "Virtual" world? (Virtually)

Side note: That must be a record of some kind.

From my personal experience,
There is nothing like a dark room
When the light hits just right...
Or meeting someone on a beach
Who happens to have an Acoustic Guitar,
Sunset... Some Tunes...

I've honestly never dated someone I'd met online,
I wonder how many people actually have?
How many people would never go there?
How do things work out for those who have tried?
  My god I want numbers!!!

Seriously, E-Mail me and tell me a story,
I consider this artistic research.
I feel like writing a song...

My Wimbledon Final
• Monday, July.9.07 •

Hello My Friends,
You know how much I love my sports.

Yesterday I was in the studio during the Wimbledon Final,
Where Roger Federer did it again.
To those who doubted my ability to predict the future...
Well... I TOLD YOU SO!!!

Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal

To set the record straight,
I know Roger took it for the fifth consecutive time,
Which of course doesn't make me much of a prophet.
But I had a few conversations with friends about the topic,
Quite a few people thought Nadal was going to do it...
I'm just rubbing it in.

During the match yesterday I was in the studio,
We don't have a T.V in there (For a good reason)
But when I got home I saw the whole thing on rerun.

Lucky for me I have the Israeli sports channel,
They almost always have something on repeat during the night.
A useful thing when you miss the Live broadcast,
But terrible of course if you've already seen it.
  What a great match!!!
    So much emotion!

Roger Federer: Game, Set, Match!

My prediction now is that Federer will win the U.S Open,
He will dominate the rankings during 2008 as well.
Rafael Nadal, You are the only one with the power,
Only you can relieve the King of his thrown.
Good Luck.

A Blog about Nothing
• Thursday, July.5.07 •

The way I see it is that if Seinfeld can do it
For 9 Seasons and 180 Episodes...
So can I!
  (At least once)

How do I start?
How do you write Something about Nothing?
What is Nothing?

noth·ing
- noun
1. no thing; not anything; naught: to say nothing.
2. no part, share, or trace (usually fol. by of): The house showed
    nothing of its former magnificence.
3. something that is nonexistent.
4. nonexistence; nothingness: The sound faded to nothing.
5. something or someone of no importance or significance: Money is
    nothing when you're without health.
6. a trivial action, matter, circumstance, thing, or remark: to exchange
a few nothings when being introduced.
7. a person of little or no importance; a nobody.
8. something that is without quantity or magnitude.
9. a cipher or naught: Nothing from nine leaves nine.
10. (used in conventional responses to expressions of thanks):
Think nothing of it. It's nothing. Nothing to it.
  For more on: Nothing
  Includes: Adverbs, Adjectives, Idioms...

With that said, I'm not supposed to be writing anything,
I should just stop typing right now...

...

  ...

    Umm...

      ...

OK, I will just say that I love George Costanza,
That will be all...
  Actually, That will be Nothingness.

Poems (Aged 10-12 Years)
• Monday, July.2.07 •

In my closet there is a box.
A magic carton full of surprises.
Scraps of paper, Old napkins, Stained notepads
Full of words that I'd written once.

Every once in a while I have a peek,
Never quite sure what I'm looking for inside.

If my numbers are correct,
It's been over 3 years since my last visit,
There must be at least 2,000 pages,
And I remember exactly None of the melodies.
(If they ever had one to begin with)

When I look at them now,
I begin to ponder, I ask myself:
When did I write these words?
What made me think these thoughts?
Where did this napkin (with gum stuck to it) come from?

Anyway, I want to share a few of the words that I'd found,
They were written by this guy I knew about 10-12 Years ago.

Masks

"There are a million different masks that I wear
Depending on who is around me.
A million different face - Beware,
You never know on what kind of day you will find me."

  Today was a good day,
    Have a nice day.
